Richard Howitt, IIRC CEO

Richard is spearheading the adoption of Integrated Reporting globally and is a major thought-leader in international debates on good corporate governance, shifting investment to the long-term and inclusive capitalism. Richard served as an elected Member of the European Parliament for over twenty years and was rapporteur on corporate responsibility. In this capacity, he was key architect of the EU’s non-financial information directive. He has been involved with the IIRC since its inception. 

Bob Laux, IIRC U.S. Lead 

Bob’s focus in this role is ensuring the promotion, adoption and support for Integrated Reporting in the USA – encompassing awareness-raising, advocacy, focused engagement and providing oversight and support on all IIRC region-specific activities. Bob previously held senior accounting roles at Microsoft, FASB and General Motors. During his time at Microsoft, Bob was an early participant in the IIRC.
