Prudential Financial has been part of the International Integrated Reporting Council since its founding in 2010. At that time, the company began its own integrated reporting journey by including supplementary information in its proxy statements. Today, the company issues a stand-alone integrated report that examines the four key building blocks of its corporate sustainability.
Join us for this second web meeting of our new Integrated Reporting - U.S. Community. We will get a guided tour of Prudential's most recent report. Then we will have an open discussion about their approach to developing the report each year and the reasons that they continue to take an integrated strategy for reporting.

Suzanne Klatt
Director of Environment and Sustainability
Prudential Financial, Inc.
Suzanne's responsibilities include integrating long-term value creation in communications, issuing the company's annual Sustainability Report, supporting two internal advisory groups- the executive Sustainability Council and the Environmental Task Force. She engages with external stakeholders in sustainability including Ceres, Global Reporting Initiative, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, International Integrated Reporting Council and CDP. In addition, Suzanne leads employee engagement initiatives related to sustainability and the environment. Prior to her work in Sustainability, Suzanne was a Manager in Prudential’s Global Communications Group. Previous work experience includes economic development with the French and the Canadian governments and investor relations at a biotech start-up. She has a Master’s degree in French Studies from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is currently working towards her Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
